are carried out and accepted after total analysis and creation of a complete scope document, including project goals, significant deliverables, key milestones, timeline, assumptions, and possible constraints. Finally, an agreement is signed with the client, ensuring that no one has any issue with the documentation. Scope Document helps to align the client and Pixelette Technologies Ltd expectations. We strongly make ensure that client and our teams have a complete understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating the possibility of any project cancellation/reversal/dispute.
1. Non-refundable

Following are the two policies regarding non-refundable.

  1. We are willing to work with you, and after getting confirmation from your side, we will immediately take action on it and send your work in progress. Once your work is started and if you decide to step back after confirmation, the amount you have already paid becomes strictly non-refundable.
  2. Since Pixelette Technologies Ltd. and the client understand that there is work involved to achieve every milestone of the project and complete every module. If you are not satisfied with the progress after completing specific milestones, then the amount already paid will be non-refundable. We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all their queries. We start work after their approval. Therefore, there is no provision for any kind of refund. We mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable
Possible solution
Suppose you are discontent with the project’s progress at the start or middle. In that case, Pixelette Technologies Ltd. will try its best to understand your desired points through negotiations for fulfilling your requirements (in the possible domain).
But if still, you step back, then any kind of refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to us.
We will deliver the partial work done only if you pay for it.
2. Above services
Payments for custom design projects / above services are made to us in increments by the client and are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by Pixelette Technologies Ltd., and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
3. Chargeback or payment dispute
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute, Stripe) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A £50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued due to the chargeback(s), must be paid in full before service is restored and files delivered or any further work is done.
Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal or Stripe dispute for a valid charge from us is a fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
In case of any illegal activity or dispute, Pixelette Technologies Ltd. will be following the Laws of the UK government, and every kind of legal proceedings will be pursued in the Courts of the UK
4. Changes in policy
Pixelette Technologies Ltd. may, at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are, therefore, requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Pixelette Technologies Ltd. website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
